New Hampshire Roller Derby: NAMIWalks NH
In honor of Alec White, brother of NHRD skater/referee Joli White (AKA Cherry Crush), New Hampshire Roller Derby is participating in the NAMI Walk for Mental Health & Suicide Prevention.
NAMI has helped Joli and her family with emotional support and other resources, and the family wants to help other people in need. More than $6,000 has been raised to benefit NAMI in Alec’s name. You can help by visiting the team page for Alec’s Antics to #jointhemovement or offer support.
The walk will be held at the soccer fields on South Fruit Street in Concord on September 30—check-in at 85 State Street.
